Caffe Noche by Paul Bassett


2 tablespoons double cream
1 teaspoon honey
3 teaspoons nutella
40 ml freshly brewed espresso
hazelnuts, roasted & crushed to serve


Lightly whisk the cream & honey until thickened.
Pour nutella into a warmed martini glass and pour espresso over the top.
Top with the honey cream & hazelnuts, serve with biscotti.
